Weight management

Combined with our personal training, we offer a weight management programme for those individuals who would like to lose weight and tone up. Each session commences with weight and body measurements taken and food diary analysis followed by personal training.  This programme has yielded extraordinary results and if followed correctly, guarantees you achieve your goals!  Not only will you have lost the weight and inches but you will have more energy and look and feel great!

 

After this program we will then give you a report on your achievements and then its up to you how you would like to continue. If you feel you would like to continue we can do that, or if you have achieved your goal we can put you on a maintenance program in a class situation (maximum 10 per class) so that you can ensure that you are continuing with the fat burning process. The weekly classes provide an opportunity for you to stay on track and help to keep you motivated. The hardest thing that our clients have found in the past is to stay on track and keep motivated in their weight loss process. It's easy to stay on track if you have someone weighing and measuring you and motivating you weekly. Leave your body in our capable hands!  Better bodies are made not born!! 

Lose Weight and Feel Great!

Basically we would be expecting that you would lose 2llbs a week on this program through a healthy eating plan which will be devised for you by your personal trainer and weight loss management advisor. What we have found is that on the first 6 weeks program depending on how much you have to lose (the more you have to lose initially the greater amount you will lose) that clients lose anywhere between 1/2 stone upwards. We find it takes a week or two before you and your body gets used to the program both from an exercise and weight management capacity. Generally results are higher on the second 6 weeks program as your body's metabolism has starting working properly and the exercise program is starting to take effect.

Success!

The program is very successful in that we first look at your eating habits and then work with your lifestyle to ensure that you achieve the results you want and can maintain those results without crashing your metabolism or putting your system under strain. You will not be hungry! Most clients find they are fuller than they ever were by eating the right foods for their specific metabolism.   

Some of the reasons the program is so successful is that you work on 1-2-1 basis with your consultant/trainer. Also, the program combines a weight management and fitness program. The fitness program again is tailored to your specific ability and is fat burning in nature. We are working both inside (on upping the burning capability of your metabolism) and on the outside (with your personal trainer to sculpt your body and burn fat; areas targeted are tummy, hips, thighs, bum, back of arms, and back.
